YMCMB did it big over the weekend at Toronto’s Kool Haus. Tyga headlined a solo at the Saturday show and surprised Canadian fans as Drake joined him on stage to perform “The Motto” remix. You can probably expect a video for the remix version, including Lil Wayne to drop pretty soon.
Following his impressive seven-hour CD signing session in Toronto on the day of his sophomore album release for Take Care, Drake sat down with longtime friend and RapCity host T-RexXx. Hanging out in the early hours of the morning at Drake’s favourite restaurant in his hometown, the men discussed everything from Drake’s emotional attachment to the songs, collaborating again with Rihanna, the special meaning behind YOLO, and hints at what’s in store for the future.

We saw some images from the shoot already, now thanks to some footage Nav has found, we get a look into the video shoot from Drake’s “The Motto”, which was shot in the Bay Area this past weekend. Two more clips after the cut. 
Florence And The Machine covered Drake and Rihanna‘s duet track ‘Take Care’. Check out the video below of the performance. When asked who they really liked to work with, Welch replied: “I haven’t got anything planned at the moment. I’ve always wanted to do something with Drake. We’ve always tried to, but we keep both being really busy and nothing’s happened.”
She continues to say, “We’ve always been in different places and the time that we did end up in the studio together we ended up getting quite drunk together and there wasn’t a song that came out of it”.
Continuing his rounds of interviews, Drake sits down with Google Music before his performance in Los Angeles, where a number of ranging topics were discussed. Drizzy opens up about his motivations for his album Take Care, as well as speaks on the trust his boss man Lil Wayne has for his music by revealing that Wayne hadn’t heard the album until after its release. Drake also goes on to discuss the strength of the Nicki Minaj/Lil Wayne/Drake trifecta and speaks on his influence from Jamie xx, and words taken from Kendrick Lamar that also aided in his musical progress.
Drake was a guest on Chelsea Lately tonight and Chelsea Handler got to have a little fun with Drake. Drizzy spoke on liking white wine, him being Jewish, meeting Lil Wayne through a stalker fan on MySpace, and his relationship with Nicki Minaj. Check out the video below
