Drake hosted a Memorial Day pool party at Rehab at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on May 21 and surprised the crowd by bringing out Lil Wayne to perform a few of their hits. Below you can watch a clip of Drake arriving at Rehab while he was doing some press. One outstanding thing that he stated was that 8 Ball & MJG will be on his upcoming album, Take Care.

Then Wayne pulled out his final surprise of the night: bringing out Drake for “Miss Me” and “Forever.” Dreezy relished the chance to speak to his New Orleans fans and once more quell any rumors that he was leaving the Young Money family.

“I wanna say one very important thing to you before I go,” Drake said. “I wanna let you know that New Orleans was truly the birthplace of my career. Y’all were the first people to f— with my music, and I recognize that. And just know that I’m Young Money forever, and this is my mother—-ing brother, and I love you, man,” he said turning to Wayne.

Even after their short-lived Twitter marriage, Nicki Minaj and Drake remain great friends. Drizzy was a surprise guest at the New Orleans stop of the Lil Wayne-headlined I Am Still Music Tour, and MTV News caught up with Young Money’s Bonnie & Clyde backstage.

Rather than tend to our questions, Drizzy and Nicki decided to interview each other. Drake started off slow with his questioning, asking Nicki about her “peak moment” onstage.

“You want to know what, Drizzy? I really love busting out from underneath the floor doing ‘Roman’s Revenge,’ ” Nicki told MTV News — er, Drake. “When I say, ‘I’ll kick that ho, punt!’ When I say, ‘Bitch, if you ain’t sh—in’ then get off the pot,’ we really connect.”
