Not even a tour bus explosion can stop DJ Khaled. Days after his bus went up in flames while he was on his way to a show in Orlando, the Cash Money DJ was in L.A. shooting the star-studded video for “Take It to the Head,” the first single off his upcoming album Kiss the Ring.

Khaled called on director Colin Tilley and his collaborators Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, and Lil Wayne. Drake, sporting a Toronto Blue Jays jacket, Birdman, and Busta Rhymes even stopped by to make cameos.

Earlier this month in Cali, Drake kicked off the second part of his Club Paradise tour, along with other popular rappers like 2 Chainz, J.Cole, French Montana and more.

The rapper usually posts photos on his Instagram account, but as of late he hasn’t been updating us – until last night that is.

Drizzy posted a bunch of behind the scenes photos from the tour. There were shots of a more serious Drake sporting some glasses, perhaps he was feeling a bit religious after the bar mitzvah-themed “HYFR” video? Drake also let us in on a pic of producer and friend Noah ’40′ Shebib looking at one of the tour arenas before it gets packed, a shot of a note he signed reading, “Let it all work out,” and even one of him in a sleek white ride.

We love seeing photos through Drake’s eyes, as his pensively calm nature comes through in all his images.

For those of us who weren’t lucky enough to see any of the Club Paradise performances, check the pics out to get an idea of what happened behind the scenes!

Drake is ranked #3 on Entertainment Weekly‘s list of top 30 greatest artist right now, Taylor Swift and Adele filled the top two spots. Find out why EW chose Drake for the 3rd spot.

“Why we love him: Because he’s not afraid to lift the curtain on his life in a genre generally known for treating emotional vulnerability like kryptonite. The Degrassi star-turned-mega-rapper has built his career on getting personal, peppering his confessional tracks with unfiltered accounts of his relationship to fame, women, and self-doubt. But that’s not to say the man lacks swagger; this is the guy, after all, who named his 2010 debut Thank Me Later.”
